Refund policy

Print-on-Demand (POD) represents a unique business model made possible with new powerful printing technologies.  These technologies (i.e., printing technologies, customer service software and order processing software) make it possible to efficiently produce and ship a printed item (e.g., T-shirts) "on demand" (when you order the item) without having to maintain an inventory of every version and size of T-shirts (as in the case of choochootees.com).

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

As with all new business models, they come with new and different policies to accommodate this new structure.  First and foremost, because all of our products are POD, each product is unique and printed only once ordered (just for you).  As a consequence, "refunds and/or exchanges" are not supported for: (1) choosing the wrong size; (2) choosing the wrong color; (3) changing your mind; and (4) lost orders with an incorrect delivery address (provided by the customer).  

Within this context make sure you select the correct size by utilizing our "size charts" included in the photo section of each T-shirt.  Measure one of your favorite T-shirts and compare it to the size chart.  For our basic adult and children's T-shirts, we use Gilden products.  They run true to size.

However, in lieu of these new policies, ChooChooTees will do everything it can to make your purchase a success and enjoyable experience.  We will always do the right thing.

DAMAGED OR MANUFACTURING ERRORS

In the event your products (e..g., T-shirts) are damaged or there is a manufacturing error (e.g., wrong color, wrong design), we offer a free replacement or refund.  All damages or errors must reported within 30-days of product delivery.  All damage and/or errors must be supported with photographic evidence of the outstanding issue.
